I am Daniel Nita, and I’m excited to share my story with you. I hold a world record at the Bitcoin Bizza Day event in May 2023. I purchased 10,000 pizzas with just 1 Bitcoin, showcasing Bitcoin’s unique power in an unconventional way and turning the tables on the history from 2010 when 2 pizzas were sold for 10,000 Bitcoins. You might say wow, that’s impressive, but things haven’t always been this way.

How did I come to hold this record and go live with over 1,000 people on YouTube every week?

I come from a normal middle-class family in Bucharest, Romania. My journey has been almost from ground zero, and it hasn’t been an easy one. I had no one to explain investments, what money is, or how to view society. There was no one to provide me with capital, ideas, or perspectives.

I had to work hard and hit walls at every step. I fell, got up, fell again, crawled, but I never gave up. I made almost every mistake that cost me a significant amount of money and time. Why am I telling you this? Because your story could be much easier.

I first started investing in 2015. I began like most people who learn about stocks and Forex trading. I was 23 at the time and thought I knew everything about investing, trading, and life. How wrong I was; I actually knew nothing. In my first year of active Forex trading, I thought I was a genius. I turned $1,000 into $3,000 and already imagined myself in a Lambo and expensive vacations.

However, reality was harsh; after a period of doing quite well in Forex trading, I lost everything in just 2 weeks. Did that stop me? No. I deposited another $1,000, which, of course, I lost in another 2 weeks. From being the best trader in the world, I found myself facing the reality that I was actually the worst, all in just 2 months.

I eased off trading for a while, focusing on forming a strategy. I transitioned from making overnight profits to thinking in percentages and probabilities, focusing on quality over quantity, jotting down trades and ideas. It took another 2 years to find and test a strategy that worked, but eventually, I was on the right track. This didn’t prevent me from losing money until then.

Meanwhile, while I was gradually trading, I was also building an investment portfolio primarily focused on cryptocurrencies, these misunderstood instruments in 2016 by almost everyone.

I had limited capital, mostly earned through honest work. During those years, I worked in the corporate world. I worked in Bucharest for companies like Oracle and HP, but I also spent some time in the US working at an amusement park, where I can say I learned many useful things, and I don’t regret the experience.

In the initial phase, my portfolio was composed of Bitcoin in 2016, where I bought at nearly $1,000 per Bitcoin, but moving towards 2017, I also began to enter the realm of alternative coins. I added some Ethereum at under $100 and Litecoin when it was around $25.

I caught the crypto bull market of 2017. It was epic; personally, I had never experienced anything like it. New coins listing and making 1,000% gains in 24 hours, 1,000X increases from listing price. I remember ICX, Iota, EOS, SIAcoin, Redcoin, Dash, Cardano, XLM, and many others performing extremely well, and many of these were in my portfolio.

I also experienced the bear market of 2018. I can say that I sold a portion of these altcoins, even some Bitcoin and Ethereum, after their parabolic rises. Bitcoin hit a top at $19,700 and Ethereum reached around $1,500, but I can’t lie and say that I sold everything.

A significant part of the portfolio remained intact, and I found myself with a -90% loss. In 2018, I initially thought it was over, but then I realized that things were just beginning, after spending many hours trying to understand what had happened. How was it possible for these coins that had parabolic growth to now drop by -99%? Out of the desire to analyze this market and expose it to others, the idea to do it publicly on YouTube was born.

On a January evening in 2018, I gathered my courage and decided to make my first video. I knew nothing about YouTube, absolutely zero. I didn’t even know how to record.

The conclusion of this journey is not just about numbers and financial accomplishments. It’s about the passion and persistence to turn a dream into reality, regardless of the obstacles faced along the way.

Behind these achievements, I learned that failures are not defeats; they are opportunities to learn and grow. Every decision made, every mistake committed, has led me to where I am now. This journey has been filled with invaluable lessons and personal discoveries.

And as I share my story with you, I hope to inspire you never to give up, to always seek to learn and evolve. It doesn’t matter where you start from or how much money you have; what matters is the passion and determination you put into what you do.
